American Academy of CPR & First Aid, Inc. is committed to providing free CPR & First Aid training to the community.
Our courses are written so that even an 8th grader can read and understand the techniques required to save a life in a medical emergency. We continuously strive to increase quality access to CPR education so that every person has a chance to save a life.
Our courses are developed and maintained by board certified physicians and other medical
health professionals.American Academy of CPR & First Aid, Inc. is currently the only CPR certification provider with courses and exams authored by a practicing, board certified physician. Sudden cardiac death is a leading cause of death in United States and Canada. It is estimated about 330,000 people die every year from cardiac arrest. If every adult and adolescent were equipped with the knowledge to save a life, then together we could save thousands of lives each and every year.
